In order to avoid readout problems, we strongly recommend our customers to:
1. Do NOT store any data on the device
2. Make sure the device is plugged properly, has a tight fit in the socket and remains in the USB port until the files are fully downloaded
3. Always use the “safely remove hardware” function on your computer in the same way you would remove a standard USB memory stick
