It may happen, especially after a software release or patch, that some pages in SmartView are not being displayed properly. For example, buttons are misaligned, a Graph is not displayed correctly, text is overlapping, and so forth.
This can happen as a result of a function of your browser called 'caching'.You can think of your browser cache as a 'memory': if you visit a web page, your browser will 'remember' parts of that page so that the next time you visit it, it will load faster. However, in the case of a software release or update, the browser may remember some of the 'old' web site, which may cause the page to not be displayed properly.
In order to correct this, you can perform a so-called 'Force Refresh', i.e. refreshing the page but 'forcing' your browser not to use its cache. How to perform a Force Refresh differs per browser and browser version. For example, on Internet Explorer 11, this can be done using the CTRL+F5 combination.
Alternatively, you can clear your browser history. Here is a useful online page on clearing your browser's history (Windows) or clearing your browser's history (Apple)
